MSCCN obtained a Memorandum of Understanding from the Bureau of
Naval Personnel,
Department of the Navy, concerning their support for the efforts
of MSSCN on
4 November 2004:
"The purpose of this Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is to promote
efforts between
the Department of the Navy (DON) and Military Spouse Corporate Career
Network to improve
the quality of life for military spouses as well as reservists,
active duty military and their families,
and to enhance the quality of the American labor force."
