there? We invite you to join MSCCN’s Volunteer Corps while in the process of your job search.
Volunteer positions enhance your resume and can be used as a reference. Plus it helps keep
your skills fresh!

MSCCN prides itself on the talented, dedicated volunteers we attract. MSCCN’s Volunteer Corps
is for someone who has business acumen and self-assurance.

Military Spouse Corporate Career Network is the most pristine and honorable employment
program offered to our nation's military spouses. MSCCN is a non-profit, corporate direct-hire
placement program.

MSCCN’s gateway, web portal system, is a designated site only for military spouses. Additionally,
we offer our user access to all DOD Spouse Employment Specialists in the country. This access
ensures resume development and resume postings to our site directly from the DOD Spouse
Employment Specialist serving the needs of their military spouse clients.

Below is a listing of the types of volunteers needed by MSCCN and some of our volunteers wear
more than one of these hats!

MSCCN Volunteer Corps Positions

MSCCN Program Outreach presents the program to spousal groups and DoD Family Centers.
Also, these volunteers presents the program to businesses surrounding military installations
and local job fairs.
MSCCN Applicant Outreach contacts new applicants to welcome them, provide follow up
assistance and help coordinate job assistance.
MSCCN Gateway Data Entry Team is responsible for maintaining the database of resumes
and job listings. Specialized training is provided for volunteers.
Pinnacle Foundation is a 501C-3 non-taxable,non-profit educational scholarship program.
Military spouses apply for monetary grants to offset the expense of educational fees.
MSCCN Resume Coalition is a group of Association of Job Search Trainers (ASJT) that
provides professional resume services for spouses using our site. Their time and talent
in career development is extremely helpful for applicants.
MSCCN Executive Volunteers hold unique, executive level positions within MSCCN.
They attend executive conferences and training.

MSCCN Volunteer Corps Network

Each MSCCN Volunteer helps to create a column for our "Military Spouse Employment
Journal” quarterly. Click this link for the Employment Journal.
Each MSCCN Volunteer is assigned to an Executive Team member for orientation.
Each MSCCN Volunteer is required to sign to our non-disclosure form.
