Mission  
The Network is comprised of prominent non-profit organizations that provide a meaningful
and unyielding support system to our nation’s military spouse workforce in the area of
career staging and job placement.  It fully supports the non-profit corporate direct hire
approach within the business model of MSCCN.  

MSCCN will ensure a unique connection tracking system between all branches of Military
Family Centers, the corporations within MSCCN's partnerships and military spouse applicants.

All military spouses qualify for the services offered by the MSCCN, including spouses of
retired military members. Additionally, MSCCN offers our services and gateway to any
Military Service Spouse Employment Specialist in need a job due to a RIF or relocation.


Vision
The Network supports MSCCN’s mission to create a powerful corporate network of job
opportunities, job placements and corporate "one-on-one" HR connection for military
spouses through a non-profit business model.

MSCCN will assume financial responsibility for the investment funding to maintain a
pristine operation regarding the placement of military spouses into career opportunities.

MSCCN continues to provide the only applicant global tracking system for military
spouses and uses state-of-the-art technology powered by Kenexa.
