Free Community Management Training and Certification

Explore a New Career Direction!

Once again MSCCN joins with CAI to offer this two-and-a-half-day event that is free to
military spouses. We are in the process of finalizing the specifics, however the
training will be held September 18-20 at Fort Detrick, MD and participation will be limited.
Watch for coming updates!

Job Placement with Successful Completion
MSCCN and CAI will work together to find suitable employment for those spouses
who complete the course and certification process within CAI’s nationwide
membership.

Candidate Guidelines:

  • Be a Spouse of an Active, Retired, Reserve, Guard, Veteran War-Wounded,
    or a Widow/Widower

MSCCN and Camp Pendleton Partner in a Meaningful Way


Camp Pendleton MSCCN's Deb Kloeppel visited Camp
Pendleton on June 12, 2008, and
discussed major plans for military spouse
job placement in the near future. "We have
always enjoyed a close relationship with
the Marine Corps in the area of spouse
employment," Kloeppel said "Our new plans
will certainly assist hard-to-place spouses
into very meaningful corporate employment.
We'll make an exciting announcement regarding
our job placement endeavors within the next month."

Report from Job Far in Hinesville, Georgia: It was a very positive day!

Lindsey Mlekush, MSCCN's Rep, at RM Job Fair Once again Recruit Military and MSCCN
teamed up for a job fair located in
Hinesville (Greater Savannah), Georgia
and the turnout was extraordinary.

Lindsey Mlekush (seen seated in this
photo) came to us with a background in
Customer Service and Management, and
her husband is currently deployed with
the U.S Army.

Mlekush was very enthusiastic about
the job fair because of the opportunity that it brings to military spouses, such as
herself, and war wounded, their caregivers or retirees. Over 50 job seekers resumes
were received the MSCCN booth. She stated there were also 20 recruiters in
attendance ready to take resumes.

Mlekush is currently seeking employment and this gave her a chance to network with
employers while she was working for MSCCN. She said that it was very good to see
all of the employers being so supportive of the military.

with more than 60 companies
represented.

said it was rewarding and a
volume of resumes were collected!
