Enhancements to MSCCN's Gateway

Kenexa, Inc upgraded MSCCN's Gateway technology, which serves your recruiters’
needs in a more efficient timeline and process. The new features allow the MSCCN
Gateway Team to:

1. Search Open Jobs Globally   We’re now able to search open jobs within a defined
distance from a zip code (US only) or Region/City (Global).

2. Connect Requisition Forms to Job Submission   Previously this was limited to
req-independent forms only, but now any form can be part of the application.

3. Requisition Attachments and Sub-Forms   This allows additional information
to be stored with a requisition, without having to add the fields to the requisition.

4. Proximity Search for Candidates   This feature allows recruiters to search for
candidates within a defined distance from a zip code (US only) or Region/City (Global).

5. Enhanced Usability for Requisition and Candidate Summary   Many new options
are available for formatting the result set, including:
Drag and Drop Reordering of Columns
Resize
Hide Columns
Mix Standard and Custom Fields
Freeze Columns to Aid Readability in Horizontal Scrolling
Multi-Level Storing

6. Automation Manager   This manager allows the MSCCN Staff to create
notifications based upon a robust selection of system events using standard email
templates. The templates have an expanded list of tokens to use for merging.

7. Globalization   KRB recruiter interface translates to Japanese, including
localization enhancements for Japanese specific considerations. The interface is
updated for Unicode throughout the recruiter experience for future localization in
non-Latin1 character sets.
