The Military Spouse Corporate Career Network (MSCCN)

The Military Spouse Corporate Career Network is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides employment referral and job placement solutions to military spouses, war wounded, and caregivers of war wounded, and veterans and transitioning military through MSCCN's Vet Connect Jobs program, at no cost to them.

Kenexa, Inc. donates a world class internet Gateway with a state-of-the-art Applicant Tracking System that collects resumes and job postings and tracks each step of the applicant and recruiter interaction. Civilian resumes are not allowed on the Gateway.

Funding of the MSCCN is provided via donations, grants, and/or sponsorships from employers, organizations, and individuals.

At MSCCN, we recognize that veterans, military spouses, and caregivers of war wounded have different needs and goals. MSCCN established Vet Connect Jobs (VCJ) and the First Step Caregiver Employment Program as separate programs to address those different employment reintegration needs.

The MSCCN and VCJ operate under strict military protocols set forth by Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) that partner the MSCCN directly with the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, and Coast Guard. MSCCN is CCR registered and able to subcontract with federal bid awards. The MOUs allow the MSCCN and VCJ to work as employment partners to military commands, military installations, and military family centers.
