The Military Spouse Corporate Career Network’s (MSCCN) primary mission is to facilitate the meaningful employment of military-affiliated candidates by providing superb job-ready candidates to partnering employers. We have executed this mission for over five years exclusively through employer sponsorships, corporate funding, personal donors, corporate foundations, and grants from charitable organizations.

MSCCN offers versatile ways for small, mid-size, and large corporations to access an incredible talent pool of job seeking military-affiliated applicants - veterans, spouses, war wounded, and their primary caregivers). MSCCN has a success driven, proven track record of reducing hiring costs and time for recruiters and hiring managers.

We have an applicant database of over 11,000, with an average of over 100 new resumes uploaded to our system weekly.

For over five years, the MSCCN has maintained a powerful partnership with nationwide military installations and global military commands through our Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) from each branch of the Armed Forces. To this date, the MSCCN is the only organization in the nation that holds such an honored employment and vocational training partnership with the Armed Forces and global military Commands. Through our continued and meaningful connection to our military culture we attract top-notch military-affiliated applicants.

As a designated IRS 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charity that provides employment services and vocational training programs, the MSCCN does not profit from job placements or applicant referrals. All our services are free to military-affiliated applicants, we have no follow-on fees or charges for placements/referrals, and operate all services on donations, grants, and sponsorships. Employers requesting services are recommended a suggested donation or sponsorship based on the approximate cost to provide client service needs for one year.

Whether choosing MSCCN to help find top-notch job candidates, or to increase branding as a patriotic employer, or to show support for military veterans, war wounded, and families (all who have higher rates of unemployment and under-employment), employers find that sponsoring MSCCN is a great business decision!

Sample of Service Options for Employers

· Job postings - 365 days, including 14 days as a "featured job". Quantity discounts available, as well as a discounted rate for posting the same position in multiple locations across the United States.

· Bypass link - Link from the MSCCN website to your recruitment site enabling candidates to apply directly to your open positions for one year

· Bronze Package - Bypass link, job postings, promotion services to military family representatives, spouses groups, and partner organizations

· Silver Package - Bypass link, unlimited job postings, promotion services to military family representatives, spouses groups, and partner organizations; press releases announcing partnership and job opportunities; seat on MSCCN advisory board; article about your organization in the Military Spouse Employment Journal, and featured CEO write-up

· Gold Star Sponsor - All of the services of the Silver Package above plus a permanent seat on the MSCCN board, specialized outreach services to fit your   organization's needs, and assistance with your organization's marketing to the military community. (Companies subscribing to the Gold Star Sponsor Package for 3 years will be eligible for charter member status.)

Go Big with Charter Membership
	Those employers who either provide Gold Star sponsorship or fund MSCCN in "six digits" for three or more years become Charter Members and gain a seat on the MSCCN Board of Directors. Current Charter members are Concentra, Boeing, Kenexa, and Magellan Health.

"Angel" Donations
For those who can not commit to repeated donations or sponsorships, an "angel" donation may be given. Employers or individuals who want to support MSCCN and military families may provide a donation or donations by sending a check or using PayPal. Please see the Donations page to learn more.
